Sonkaya's SMAPY300G Wide Conveyor Bag Sealing Machine stands out with its wide conveyor designed specifically for horizontal and long bags. It is an excellent solution for sealing different types of bags, such as flat bags and gusseted long coffee bags, quickly and reliably.
Key Features:
- Wide Conveyor: The wide conveyor design allows comfortable handling of all types of bags for sealing long and horizontal bags.
- Three-Stage Sealing Process:
- Heating: The bag is sealed at high temperatures of up to 300 degrees when received from the right side of the conveyor using heating jaws with widths of 12 mm from the bottom and top. Teflon bands prevent the heating jaws from damaging the bag.
- Cooling: After the heating process, cooling blocks from the top and bottom provide rapid cooling.
- Pressing: The cooled bag goes through metal balls and rubber cylinders for complete adhesion.
- Fast and Automatic Operation: All these processes occur automatically within just a couple of seconds, depending on the conveyor speed, without the need for manual intervention.
