SMAPY310 Date Coding Conveyor Bag Sealing Machine

Sonkaya SMAPY310 Date Coding Conveyor Bag Sealing Machine is made of stainless material, has the power to seal all kinds of bags, and also offers the functions of two machines in one with its date coding feature. This significantly speeds up your production.

Our machine seals your bags in 4 stages and codes the date up to 4 lines. The process steps are as follows:

  1. Heating: The bag taken from the right side of the conveyor is glued by the upper and lower heating jaws at a width of 12 mm and at a high temperature adjustable up to 300 degrees. Thanks to the Teflon bands, the heating jaws do not damage the bag.
  2. Cooling: After the heating process, the upper and lower cooling blocks provide rapid cooling.
  3. Pressing: The cooled bag mouth passes between the metal balls and rubber rollers providing perfect adhesion.
  4. Coding: Ink is transferred from the ink ball to the date coding cliché with a capacity of 3 lines and is automatically coded to the mouth of the bag, thus eliminating the need for a separate date coding machine.

All these 4 stages are automatically completed in just a second or two depending on the conveyor speed, requiring no manual intervention.
