SMAPY310D Date Coding Conveyor Vertical Bag Sealing Machine
Sonkaya SMAPY310D is a conveyor vertical bag sealing machine made of stainless material and has a date coding capacity of up to 4 lines. This machine, which has the power to seal any kind of bag, also speeds up your production by performing the date coding function and single-handedly takes on the duties of two machines.
Our machine seals your bags and codes the date in 4 steps:
Heating Stage: The bag taken from the right side of the conveyor is sealed with high-temperature heating jaws that can be adjusted up to 400 degrees, with a width of 12 mm from the bottom and top. Thanks to Teflon bands, the heating jaws do not damage the bag.
Cooling Stage: The bag coming out from the heating jaws passes through cooling blocks from the top and bottom that provide sudden cooling.
Pressing Stage: The cool bag mouth is pressed between a metal ball and rubber cylinders to ensure complete adhesion.
Coding Stage: The ink taken from the ink ball is transferred to a date coding cliché with a capacity of 4 lines and automatically codes the desired date on the mouth of the bag. This process eliminates the need to use a date coding machine.
All these processes are automatically performed in just a second or two, depending on the conveyor speed, and do not require manual intervention.
