Sonkaya SMAPY310G is an ideal sealing machine for horizontal and long bags such as pastry bags and gusseted long coffee bags thanks to its wide conveyor. This machine has the power to seal all kinds of bags and significantly speeds up your production by quickly performing two functions at once with its date coding feature.
Features:
Bag Sealing: Bags are sealed with a 4-stage process. In the first stage, the bags taken by the conveyor are closed with heating jaws that can be adjusted up to 300 degrees and 12 mm wide. Teflon belts allow sealing at high temperatures without damaging the bags.
Instant Cooling: In the second stage, bags are rapidly cooled using cooling blocks from above and below.
Full Adhesion: In the third stage, the cooled bag mouth is pressed between a metal ball and rubber cylinders to ensure full adhesion.
Date Coding: In the fourth stage, ink is taken from an ink ball to a date coding cliché with a capacity of 3 lines, and the desired date is automatically coded onto the bag's mouth. This process eliminates the need for a date coding machine.
