SMAPY300 Conveyor Bag Sealing Machine
Sonkaya SMAPY300 Conveyor Bag Sealing Machine is made of stainless material and seals nylon, metallized, ziplock, and various other bags quickly and effectively. With a sealing capacity of 12 meters/minute, it significantly speeds up your production and ensures a long shelf life.
Our machine seals your bags in 3 stages:
- Heating: The bag taken from the right side of the conveyor is sealed at a high temperature adjustable up to 300 degrees and 12 mm wide by upper and lower heating jaws. Thanks to Teflon belts, the heating jaws do not damage the bags.
- Cooling: After the heating process, the upper and lower cooling blocks provide rapid cooling.
- Pressing: The cooled bag neck passes between metal balls and rubber cylinders, ensuring a perfect bond.
These 3 stages are automatically completed in just one or two seconds depending on conveyor speed; your bags are sealed without manual intervention.
