Sonkaya SMAPY310S counter coding conveyor bag sealing machine is a powerful solution that can seal all types of bags with digital temperature adjustment and product counting features. This machine, which can code dates in up to 4 lines, significantly increases your efficiency by speeding up your production.
Features:
Heating and Sealing: Bags are taken from the right side of the conveyor and sealed at high temperatures of up to 300 degrees using heating jaws with a width of 12 mm from below and above. Teflon belts prevent the heating jaws from damaging the bags.
Cooling: In the second stage, bags are rapidly cooled from the top and bottom using cooling blocks.
Pressing and Adhesion: In the third stage, the cooled bag mouth is pressed between a metal ball and rubber rollers to ensure complete adhesion.
Date Coding: In the final stage, ink is taken from the ink ball to a date coding plate with a capacity of 3 lines, and the desired date is automatically coded to the mouth of the bag. This feature also makes the use of a separate date coding machine unnecessary.
Automatic Process: All these processes are automatically carried out by the machine in just a few seconds depending on the conveyor speed, eliminating the need for manual intervention.
