Sonkaya SMAPY300D is specifically designed as a vertical bag sealing machine and is an effective solution especially for sealing packages containing liquids or powders. It seals the mouths of bags quickly and reliably across a wide range of bag types, from nylon bags to metalized bags, providing a long shelf life. The machine's conveyor significantly increases your production efficiency, accelerating up to 12 meters per hour.
Features:
Bag Sealing: Bags are sealed in 3 stages. In the first stage, the bags received by the conveyor are sealed at high temperatures of up to 300 degrees with heating jaws that are 12 mm wide. Teflon belts carry out the sealing process without damaging the bags.
Quick Cooling: In the second stage, bags are quickly cooled using cooling blocks from the top and bottom.
Full Adhesion: In the third stage, the cooled bag mouth is pressed between a metal ball and rubber rollers for full adhesion.
