SMAPY310R Date Coding Conveyor Bag Sealing Machine

Sonkaya SMAPY310R date coding conveyor bag sealing machine is specially designed for production lines that require left-to-right flow direction. This machine, which can code up to 4 rows, has the power to seal any type of bag and significantly speeds up your production by quickly fulfilling the function of two machines with its coding feature.

Features:

• Heating and Sealing: Bags are taken from the right side of the conveyor and sealed at high temperatures up to 300 degrees with heating jaws that can be adjusted to a width of 12 mm from the bottom and top. Teflon belts prevent the heating jaws from damaging the bags
• Cooling: In the second stage, the bags are rapidly cooled from the top and bottom by cooling blocks
• Pressing and Adhesion: In the third stage, the cooled bag mouth is pressed between the metal ball and rubber cylinders to achieve complete adhesion
• Date Coding: In the final stage, ink is picked from the ink ball to a date coding cliché with a capacity of 3 rows, and the desired date is automatically coded onto the bag's mouth. This feature also renders the use of a separate date coding machine unnecessary.

Automatic Process: All these processes are automatically carried out by the machine in just a couple of seconds depending on the conveyor speed, requiring no manual intervention.
