How to Seal a Cup?

The sealing process provides complete impermeability and hygiene with a practical method that only takes 4-5 seconds. We have listed the steps of the sealing process for you!

1. Cup Selection:

The diameter of the cup or bowl you will use for sealing must be 95mm. Our machine uses a top foil made of duplex or triplex laminated material and is suitable for healthier PE or PP cups instead of PET. On the market, you can easily find 200ml bowls for desserts like kazan dibi, sütlaç, and mezze like acuka, as well as 400ml, 600ml, and 660ml cups. Additionally, 75mm diameter cups can be sealed using an extra mold, but since the foil is cut at 95mm diameter, an additional centimeter of foil remains at the rim of the 75mm cups.

2. Top Foil Selection:

In the selection of top foil, we recommend choosing the metalized triplex foil, which consists of three layers and is more durable. Duplex foils, which consist of two layers, can also be used.
